Who is responsible for this data
This site (iquelle.in) is a personal, non-commercial hobby project run by Sriluxman (“I”, “the site owner”). I am the data controller for the personal data described below. You can reach me by email (see the About page) with any question or request related to this policy.
What data is collected
- Google account information: when you sign in with Google, I receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google, via Supabase Authentication.
- Print request details: when you submit an interest in a customized print, I store the model you selected, the customization choices you made (e.g. color, size, text to engrave), and any notes you add.
I do not collect payment information, and there is no payment processing on this site.
Why this data is processed
Solely to let you browse sample 3D models and express interest in a customized print so I can follow up with you personally (this is a hobby, not an automated storefront). No data is used for advertising, and no data is sold or shared with third parties for their own purposes.
Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given explicitly when you check the consent box before submitting a print request. Each submission records the date/time consent was given and the policy version in effect at that time.
Where your data is stored
Authentication and print-request data are stored with Supabase, hosted in the Frankfurt, Germany (eu-central-1) region, so your data stays within the EU. Google acts as the identity provider for sign-in. Both are processors acting under their own data protection terms.
How long data is kept
Print request data is kept only as long as needed to fulfill your request and follow up with you, and is deleted on request (see below) or when no longer needed.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your data, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email me and I will act on the request promptly — deleting your account removes your Google sign-in link and all associated print requests immediately, since they are directly tied to your account.
Cookies and local storage
This site does not use tracking or analytics cookies. Signing in stores a session token in your browser’s local storage (not a cookie) so you stay signed in between visits; this is disclosed here rather than behind a cookie banner, since it exists solely to provide the sign-in feature you asked for.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the version number and effective date above will be updated, and any future consent will reference the new version.
